Kids wear sector has emerged as one of the biggest industries in the world. Experts have pointed out that children are becoming leading consumers of garments, footwear and other related products. However, no matter how lucrative, it is not a child's play to manage kidswear business. Within India, managing a profitable kids wear business with skyrocketing rentals is quite a daunting task.

With the emergence of kids as an independent consumer, the kidswear market is expected to witness a strong growth which comprises of manufacturers and retailers. It can be said that favourable demography, growth in organised retail, rise in discreationary income & changing fashion trend is driving growth in this sector.

The growth of organized sector in kids wear brand over unorganized sector has helped kids wear brands to position itself in the Indian as well as global market.

Emergence of kids wear brand in Tier II and Tier III cities in Indian has also changed the present scenario over the past state of affair.

Unlike the men's wear apparel brand the kids wear apparel brands hold a low level of awareness & penetration in India, despite its potentials.
